Magic Soul Academy is a youth development and performing arts organization specializing in:

  • Drumline instruction

  • Dance instruction

  • Festivals, parades, sporting events, and corporate entertainment

Our mission is to provide youth with opportunities for artistic growth, leadership development, and community engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website independently.

Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register for programs, events, clinics, or performances.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the information submitted on behalf of minors.

  • Booking dates are not confirmed until approved by Magic Soul Academy

  • Additional agreements may apply for performances and event services

  • Performance schedules are subject to reasonable modifications due to weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Event organizers are responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, or venue permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Payments and Fees

Certain programs, registrations, performances, or services may require payment.

When applicable:

  • Fees must be paid according to agreed terms

  • Refund policies may vary by event or program

  • Payment processing may be handled through secure third-party providers

  • Magic Soul Academy is not responsible for payment processor errors outside of our control

Any applicable refund policy will be communicated at the time of registration or booking.

Magic Soul Academy regularly photographs and records:

Parents or guardians with concerns regarding a minor's participation in media content should contact us directly.
